All orders ship from the United States and are priced in USD. We ship worldwide; duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rates & free shipping
- Flat-rate U.S. shipping: $8 per order.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders of $65 or more.
- International rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
Processing & transit
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. U.S. ground transit is typically 3–7 business days. Heavier freestanding pieces (racks, desks, shoe racks) may ship in their own carton and arrive separately.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, contact support@pipeworksplumb.shop.
Heavy / oversized items
Iron-pipe goods are dense. Cartons can be heavy and edges or threaded ends may be exposed in transit — open with care. Inspect for shipping damage before assembly and report any issue within 7 days of delivery.
